Approximately 100 Rhinebeck area participants traveled to Rheinbach, Germany to live in the homes of German families, during summer 2007.

Rehearsals are scheduled in Germany for the four concerts. The final "Hearts Across the Water" concert is performed with the musicians from both countries. Including the Exchange theme song, Handels' "The Brotherhood of Man".

Excursion highlights include visiting historic, cultural, government, and scenic places such as:

Rheinbach: Has a population of 25,000 people. It is situated about 15 kilometers southwest of Bonn. Our Exchange home base with a documented history dating back to 762 A.D.
