The 5 year cycle looks like this:

2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013- The "Hearts Across The Table" Dinner/Silent Auction in February has been enough to keep the fundraising on track.

2011- Autumn recruitment of students for travel

2012- Rehearsals from January to June. Travel preparation of ~90 students.  Coordination with German Committee for hosting and travel.  Summer travel includes ~15 adult chaperones and leaders.

2013- Preparation to host the Germans in our homes and setting the itinerary for concerts and excursions.
