Looking ahead:

The 5 year cycle looks like this:

2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013- The "Hearts Across The Table" Dinner/Silent Auction in February has been enough to keep the fundraising on track.

2010 & 2011- Autumn recruitment of students for travel

2012- Rehearsals from January to July. Travel preparation of ~90 students.  Coordination with German Committee for hosting and travel.  Summer travel includes ~15 adult chaperones and leaders.

2013- Preparation to host the Germans in our homes and setting the itinerary for concerts and excursions.

REHEARSALS TO BEGIN!

Rehearsals for the 2012 trip to Germany will begin on Sunday, January 8, 2012.  Rehearsals will be held in the band room at the Rhinebeck High School, 45 North Park Road, Rhinebeck.  The schedule is as follows:

5:00 – 6:15 PM                 Band

6:30 – 7:45 PM                 Chorus
